A graduate of the West Coast College of Massage therapy, Darcy returned to his hometown, here in Campbell River, to start his practice. With a focus on somatic and body re-integration, Darcy's style of massage revolves around deep tissue work combined with active and passive kinetics, joint mobilization and restriction release.
 
With a lengthy history of work in construction, he has great experience in recognizing, and dealing with many types of work related injury; he is happy to apply his skills to those in need, whether their issue is newly acquired, or chronic.
 
Darcy's belief is that the body should be treated not in just its parts, but as whole, and that by working at the source of the issue as well as the surrounding areas, that greater healing and mobility can be achieved.
 
Within his toolbox of skills, Darcy utilizes techniques such as: deep trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, both passive and active traction, and relaxing Swedish massage for well rounded treatments.
 
For fun, you can find him out on the golf course, playing pool, riding his motorcycle and constantly barbequing, despite the weather.
