Extended Health Coverage: Most insurers provide some level of coverage for registered health practitioners in their benefit plan. Please refer to your plan to confirm what amount of reimbursement you are eligible to receive. Some practitioners are able to deal directly with certain insurers. Contact us ahead of time and bring in your card to ensure we can handle yours.
Please note that our massage therapists do not treat WCB claims. We apologize for any inconvenience. ICBC claims are not available for all practitioners, please call the office to book. Cancellation policy: We require 24 hours notice for cancellation or you will be charged for the booked appointment time.
